Brief Answer:
You are having lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and you are having lumber spondylosis. This is a degenerative condition of the spine. You need to follow these steps.
1. Avoid weight lifting, travelling or sudden forward bending.
2. Take Muscle relaxant like Myoril or myospaz.
3. You need to continue physiotherapy like back muscle strengthening exercises.
4. Avoid wearing any belt as it can make your muscles weak.
5. Voletran ointment is also helpful.

If there is increase in symptoms then you may get injection of epidural steroid. You do not need any surgery at present.
