What Does My MRI Scan Test Report Indicate?+

Question: I am really suffering from infected spondylodicitis as per MRI at C6 and C 5 vertibral level.and diffuse bulge causing bilateral mild to moderate neural foraminal narrowing at C4-C5.And also prolapse disc and epidural soft tissue causing bilateral moderate to severe neuralforaminal narrowing at C5-C6.
I have contacted Medicine,n euro surgen and ortho specialists.But not correctly diogonised.All tests complited including Ecg,Scan,MRI,Xray,Mantox,Serm AD for tuberculosis,CBC,FBS,Xray scull,pelvis,serum eletropares for m-Band and comment on perioherial seamer.I got all reports showing
everything Normal.Medicine taking-Pregeb-M-OD-150,Neurogardian,IndocapSR-75,Pan-40,Supracol.Please doctor,tell my deasease and advice accordingly what to take.Neck pain still is on with left hand pain like current and diffult neck movenent.Thank You Sir.I am 49 years old male.My ESR is 11,Neuro surgen is c

I m not sure what make you think that it is infected spondyloarthritis. Except MRI- YOUR ALL TEST ARE NORMAL

Probably you have cervical sponyloarthritis, which is a common wear and tear problem . you need to do cervical exercises and some precaution. see a good physiotherapist.

in extreme cases, surgery indicated to relieve pressure on nerves in your neck

meanwhile you can continue pain killer, hot water fomentation, and avoid unnecessary extreme neck movement.

Sorry Doctor,I am just giving Scan report.Scan says Erosion seen involving right half of body of C6 with partial fusion ofC5/C6.kyphotic changes of spine seen at C5/C6 level.IV discs are reduced at C4-C% and C5-C6 level.
For your information I had attended 25 days physio center and done physiotherapy,but no result.
I am confused enough on treatment of Medicine doctor,orthopaedic and Neuro sergery doctors.No concrete solution.Please answer.

surgery is normal or risky.Some are saying surgery is very risky because of spinal cord.Please tell if Surgery then is there is any type of risk.
