Question : As a follow-up from last doctor advice, we got TFT test again repeated after 6 weeks. Please find reports attached. TSH is still around 3 (within range), please advice if we should continue with current dosage of 125 mcg?

Yes,you should continue with 125 mcg Levothyroxine/day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear

I read carefully your thyroid test results.
I 'm happy to see that with the actual dose of Levothyroxine you have normal thyroid test results.

This means that you should continue with the current dosage of Levothyroxine (125 mcg/day.)This is the dose that you actualy need to maintain an euthyroid state.

For the follow up: serum TSH measurement should be done again after 3 months and than we will discuss about the proper maintenance dose of levothyroxine.(Let me know your thyroid test results after 3 months and will be happy to help)

Last think i want to say is:Remember to take Levothyroxine on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast and avoid food products, which can make your body absorb less levothyroxine like infant soy formula, walnuts, high-fiber foods.
