Question: Hi Doctor
I have 35 years Married 2011 , trying for Child . Attached is the My TRUS Report .
My FSH is 18 and TSH 1.5 ng/ML. & Semen report - Azoopermia .
Kindly Advise the treatment option available to get child .

You need to get testicular biopsy or TESA ( transepidermal sperm Aspiration) test done. This will show if there is production of sperms in your testes. You can decide future course of treatment as per TESA report. If sperms are found you can opt for ICSI (intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) treatment to father a child.
