Brief Answer:
Under active thyroid suggested;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The TSH result you reported is high, suggestive for underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism.
When the thyroid gland does not produce enough hormones ( Ft4 and Ft3), with a feed back mechanism TSH production by the pituitary gland is increased to stimulate further the gland to produce more hormones. That is why a high TSH is suggestive for under active thyroid.
The most common causes of this failure of the thyroid gland to produce hormones, is an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto thyroiditis.
it is confirmed by checking the antibodies responsible to destroy the gland and in your case they ( Anti Tg) are high.
So, i would say that the results you reported are suggestive for under active thyroid caused by Hashimoto thyroiditis.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
