Brief Answer:
Likely missed abortion
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The ultrasound report is suggestive of a missed abortion. The fetal cardiac activity appears in ultrasound by the time the gestational sac is maximum 25 mm in size.
Moreover, yolk sac of more than6 mm is suggestive of abnormal pregnancy.
Her ultrasound report shows no fetal cardiac activity at a gestational sac of 29.9 mm and a large echogenic yolk sac, both suggestive of abnormal pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

RESPECTED Doctor,
This is the 2nd time in one & half year she might have to abort her preg.
Is their any chance that this preg might not be a case of missed abortion.
She had taken Human Gonadotropin Hormone inj 5000 i.u once weekly + Natural
Progesteron+Synthetic Progesteron from the 3rd day of her +VE (urine) preg result.
Then Why this preg does not respond +VEly.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Recurrent miscarriage- cause should be evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
There are many causes for recurrent miscarriages, and a couple should be evaluated for these, if they have a history of two more recurrent miscarriages.
Chances of normal pregnancy is less this case, as all the ultrasound findings are suggestive of abnormal pregnancy.
Human chorionic gonadotropin injection should not be ideally started before the cardiac activity is reported in the ultrasound, as it sustains a abnormal pregnancy even if it is likely to abort by itself.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
