What Does My USG Test Result Indicate?

Question: Hello,I have undergone USG of abdomen and pelvis.The report shows impression of mild fatty liver .Right ovaryvis increased in volume and shows multiple small peripheral follicles.I had periods last month but bleeding was very low,it went on for not even a day. Before that I have been missing periods from 3 months.I find a small pimple like growth in the inner part of vagina.I feel full easily while eating. Stomach aches some times.My weight has increased much in the past year.
what is it probably?Looking for an opinion

From your scan report I presume that you are having polycystic ovarian desease. That may be the reason you are not getting periods regularly.Ovulation may not be happening because of multiple peripheral follicles.
Another problem of PCOS is increase in weight.You have not mentioned your age and marital status.
I suggest you to consult a gynaecologist snd get yourself evaluated.
Proper medicines along with regular exercises will regularise your periods.

In that case you can modify your life style by avoiding junk food carbonated drinks and saturated fats etc.
Start some exercises esply walking for 30 to 45 mins daily .
AND CONSULT a gynaecologist for the problem in vagina and get yourself examined.
