Brief Answer:
pan sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having allergic rhino-sinusitis.

Answers for your queries.

1. Right frontal sinus- undeveloped right frontal sinus- it is a normal situation.

2. Pan sinusitis ( all the sinuses of both sides are showing sinusitis).

3. sinus openings are blocked (commonly seen with chronic sinusitis, where infection causes mucosal edema and which leads to blockage of sinus openings).

4. No fluid levels denotes mucosal thickenings, common with allergic sinusitis.

5. Deviated nasal septum (mid line septum which separates the two nasal cavities is bent) causes nasal obstruction.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
