Brief Answer:
Lordotic view is to see the upper lobes of lungs in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The chest xray PA view shows nearly normal findings. The prominence of perihilar shadows is there when there is increased markings in the root of the lungs. This can happen in infections and is visualised in normal people also. This should not make much of a difference in getting a clearance for visa.

2. There is no mention of calcified deposits in above query but you have said that they have seen calcfied deposits then it is important to confirm their existence. This can be done by doing a CT scan chest.

3. Another point is the lordotic views. This is a view of chest xray to visualise the uper lobes in detail. Usually upper lobes are involved in TB infection. Therefore lortditic view is suggested to have a detailed look for TB deposits in upper lobes.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
