Dr.Navneeth ,Apollo spectra said they do as per kuwait standard, so they can find the lesions. others cant find this in their Xray. I dont undersatnd the logic.

Brief Answer:
Send me chest x ray image from XXXXXXX doctor which was reported clear.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
This is not possible.
If fibro calcified lesions are seen in Apollo x ray then it must be seen in XXXXXXX x ray also.
Can you please send me image of x ray taken by XXXXXXX pulmonologist which was reported clear.
I know Apollo will not give you x ray film.
So I need only XXXXXXX x ray.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
She is having fibro calcified lesions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the image you have attached.
It is showing fibro calcified lesions in both upper zones.
I know why this dispute occur.
This x ray is not a digital one. So details are not very clear. So some minor things can be missed due to poor quality of x ray film.
While increasing Apollo they are doing digital x ray. These digital x rays are having excellent image clarity, so smaller lesions can also be picked up.
I think this is the reason for difference in the report.
I want to know what Apollo doctors told.
I mean they just unfit her or ask for something more.
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Apollo doctor said, my wife is perfectly alright. she has no any disease. But the scar due to what reason they do not know. they are suspecting it may be old TB scar. but my wife has neither TB history nor Pneumonia. Doctor said According to the following guide lines from the kuwait government my wife is unfit.

Infectious category
• HIV/AIDS reactive
• Hepatitis B surface antifgen, HCV reactive
Microfilaria positive and malaria blood film positive, known leprosy patients
Tuberculosis – any type, X-ray showing active PTB, past evidence of PTB or healed • Pulmonary scar, including minimum fibrosis, calcification (granuloma) pleural thickening, pleural effusion, tuberculosis lymphadenitis
• VDRL/TPHA reactive

Non-infectious category
• Chronic renal failure
Chronic hepatitis failure
• Congestive heart failure
• Hypertension
• Diabetes mellitus
• Known case of cancer
• Psychiatric disease and neurological disorders
• Physical disabilities, i.e. color blindness, deafness

sorry to miss something to say. Apollo doctor asked her to take CT scan, after CT they declared her unfit. but still they are not confirmed about the scar due to what reason.

No. They did not ask about this. We told them to do sputum test. They said it is not required. Xray should be clear. thatsall. if xray shows any scar we are unfit.I spoke with khadamat integrated solution, they said they closed our file. Now my wife cannot travel to kuwait.

But we want to fight for our rights. please help us to succeed. Doctors are very rude. They worrying about penalties and business contract. They dont respect and care the public feelings and their future. They are making unfit to their own citizens for only making money.

This is a serious issue in kuwait. Now kuwait Government brought a rule to ban entry for unfits. There is no humanity from our doctors. they atleast can send the report that she do not have TB, but never know reason of the scars. If they would have sent the report like this, may be kuwait ministry of health will consider second opinion. Now we dont know what to do.

Brief Answer:
Ask her to visit XXXXXXX or PGI XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, she should consult apex Institute of XXXXXXX (either XXXXXXX new XXXXXXX or PGI chandigarh).
Consult pulmonologist there and get done sputum AFB culture.
If sputum is not available then she will need bronchoscopy and XXXXXXX analysis.
If sputum culture and XXXXXXX are negative for tuberculosis or other infection then you can argue with visa authority.
I think she must not have any symptoms like cough or sputum production.
Is it so?
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
