Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
ultrasound report is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I have seen your report.I am happy that your anamoly scan is normal. The growth of fetus, liquor quantity and placental position are normal. There
are no anamolies detected.
Take healthy nutritional diet like green leafy veggies, fruits, egg, meat, milk and fish.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day to prevent urinary tract infections(UTI).UTI are more common in pregnancy due to alteration in the urinary tract under the influence of pregnancy hormones. So adequate intake of fluids is important. They also help in prevention of constipation which is also commonly found in pregnancy.
Practice antenatal yoga or pregnancy work outs daily.Walking for 30 mins daily also is helpful. It helps in strenghthening of muscles.
Avoid any type of physical or mental stress.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
