What Does My Anomaly Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I am 24 yrs women, having 21 week pregnancy.
In my anomaly scan report everything is normal but there is something is there..
" 3VV aorta is slight larger then pulmonary artery"

Kindly explain what's is that??
Is there anything to worry about??
What should I do to have normal baby delivery????

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the reports.
Aorta larger than pulmonary artery in the 3 vessel view can be present in congenital heart disease.
A detailed fetal echo should be done to rule out any congenital heart disease in the fetus.
I will suggest you consult a fetal medicine specialist for a fetal echo.
Further management should be done accordingly.
