Brief Answer:
Answer to follow up of patient.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen the reports you attached with your follow up query.
Tests are normal and i don't think that you have any problem with your sphincter.
So i would treat you on guidelines of constipation
Start taking Laxative like Looz syrup 30 ml once daily at night timer before going to bed.
Take isabghull husk 2 tsf once daily soaked in XXXXXXX warm water.
A probiotic like Vizylac should be taken twice daily for 10 days.
You are a patient of chronic constipation and there is nothing wrong with you anal functions or sphincter patency.
Take care!

Thanks for your quick response.
Additional report detail;
Was able to expel 60cc balloon even though there was little splinter relaxation.
How long should I take the laxative?
In one of your earlier responses you had mentioned about MRI test . Is it required now?
I am having some burning sensation after bowel movement of late. For that I am applying neo healer anti- hemmoroid ointment internally. Is that Ok?
With regards
