Brief Answer:
mild lactose intolerance
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
The report is ok except for reducing substances.
Reducing substances becomes positive in lactose intolerance which is common after diarrhoea.
But in a 10 day old baby it can be normally present as the intestinal flora is still maturing.
I would advise you to stick to breast feeding.
If already on a formula give lactose free formula milk like zerolac.
Will settle soon
Dont worry.
