Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query at HCM.
Yes, I'm doing well and I understand your concern and problem. I have gone through your reports.
Your reports suggests that your have high counts of lymphocytes ie lymphocytosis. There are various causes like infection (bacterial, viral, parasitic), autoimmune disorder and even a cancer of the blood or lymphatic system is possible.
Firstly I would like to know are you having any illness presently like flu, fever, cough, burning urination, etc. Lymphocytes increases in chronic disease. It could be tuberculosis, Acute lymphocytic leukemia, Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, HIV/AIDS, Mononucleosis, Multiple myeloma or other viral infections. So based on your symptoms you will require investigations to rule out these listed diseases.
Kindly tell me your symptoms so that I can guide you better. Cause can be tubercular or other as I said so without proper tests we cannot determine the etiology. Don't worry benign causes are more likely than malignant diseases. So visit a physician for evaluation.
Now coming to your other query higher levels of LDL cholesterol it increase your risk of heart disease. It is bad cholesterol. You will need to develop a personal strategy to reduce their LDL like cholesterol-lowering diet, high fibre, adding plant sterols and avoid oily spicy food. Do regular aerobic exercise and brisk walking for 30 minutes. If diet and exercise don't lower LDL levels enough, drug treatment may be needed. Your weight for height is adequate but you need to make efforts to stay fit and active.
Hope I answered your query.
Best of health.

I was not having flu, fever, burning urination during that test (But Yes I have cough problem due to XXXXXXX weather but that is also now gone because I am regularly (twice a week) taking turmeric with XXXXXXX warm water. (Started following Ayurveda for few things)
Do you mean here that I will have to go for investigations for all of these- > tuberculosis, Acute lymphocytic leukemia, Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, HIV/AIDS, Mononucleosis, Multiple myeloma or other viral infections, autoimmune disorder and even a CANCER of the blood or lymphatic system ??
I am really very much scared now.. :( :(
Please guide me .. :)
Yes investigations needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Don't worry.
There is treatment available for everything. Before testing we cannot make any diagnosis. In XXXXXXX scenario I 've seen most of such cases like you have lalent or undiagnosed tuberculosis which is often detected like this only. Get complete evaluation done and start antitubercular if etiology established.
Patients cure completely after drug compliance.
:):)
Take care.
Stay in follow-up.

So What all things now I have to do (Tests) ??
And Can you please suggest me any good diagnosis center/Hospital where I can go and have my tests done and consult the doctor about reports.
Thanks..
Yes tests required. Medical College Govt.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have to get physical evaluation done by a physician to find spleen, liver, lymph nodes and rule out hypersensitivity syndrome or post splenectomy.
Probably order tests like complete haemogram, platelets, ESR, LFT, LDH, CRP, blood smear for general blood picture and morphology of lymphocytes, X Ray, USG abdomen, monospot test, IgM EBV, toxoplasma, Hepatitis and CMV and HIV test.
Examination of peripheral lymphocytes, absolute lymphocyte count and immunophenotyping is essential. If infective physician can treat you. Or could refer you to a haematologist. Firstly you can go to physician in a medical college or hospital nearby your area. Let him first examine you.
Be calm till then it could be a chronic viral infection only. Don't worry.
Best of health.

Thanks Again .. :)
Sure my pleasure to help you.
