Question: yestday night i had fruits @11pm .... today mrng @ 7.40 am i chkd my blood sugar level ..is 133

Brief answer....if it is your fasting sugar level,then you need to control it.

Thanks for the query.
Ideally fasting sugar levels should be below 100. Being a diabetic you should aim for fasting below 100 and PP below 140.
If the level of 133 is fasting,then you need to start taking M 40 in night also. carry on with your rest of medications.
If this level is after eating something ,then no need to change any dose or medicine.
