What Does My Blood Sugar Level Indicate?

Question: i just got my blood sugar level tested by stick on fasting of 14 hours and it came 3.8 mg/dl and when three days before I got checked randomly after 3 hours of meal it came 5.2 mg/dl. I am heathy 32 years non diabetic old male without any medications.
