Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your reports.
1) Lipid profile: Yes your triglycerides levels are increased and VLDL is also increased. You need not to worry about this. If you do physical exercises and maintain diet then these results will be reversible. If you are overweight then you need to reduce weight. Eat healthy food like fruits, fiber contains food, low fat food. Brisk walk for 30 minutes a day is must.
2) Blood test: Yes, your WBC count is increased. It is mostly due to infection in your body. It could be due to your sinus issues.
I would like to know few more details:
Since when are you having sinus issues? When did you diagnose as sinus issues?
Do you have fever?
Do you have any burning sensation while urination?
Do you any other symptoms other than cough?
Is cough associated with sputum?
3) Thyroid profile: Your TSH is slightly elevated. Values vary from one lab to other lab. I suggest you reduce your weight. And eat healthy food. Avoid eating cabbage, cauliflower. Add iodine salt to your diet. Repeat your thyroid test after one month if it increases further with normal T3 and T4 then it will be diagnosed as sub clinical hypothyroidism. And you need to start medications.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
