What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Are these low ranges something to be worried about? My doctor is bringing me back in a month to do more lab work and see where my numbers are there. He told me if I started to feel worse (than I do now) to call him. He mentioned that folks who show up with a 9 point hemoglobin have been sent to the hospital for a blood transfusion.
I'm very, very tired and am barely able to work my full time job (not to mention taking care of my household - husband, 2 adult children/1 special needs; son-in-law and grandson) at this point.
Thank you for any insight you can provide.
You have iron deficiency anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your all reports. Your hemoglobin is low. Your mean corpuscular volume is also low. It ssuggest that you have hypochromic microcytic anemia. Most common cause of hypochromic microcytic anemia is iron deficiency.
You should go for serum iron and serum ferritine level.
You should also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out gastrointestinal bleeding.
Go for anemia profile. And take treatment accordingly. Regularly monitor your hemoglobin. If you have very low hemoglobin then you need blood transfusion. So call your doctor urgently.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
