What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: just received my blood work and have some questions before I see my doctor next week.
My results are as follows:
C-Reactive Protein, Quant. is 18.0 up from 8.4 in November 2014
White Blood Cell (WBC) Count is 17.4 from 10.1 in November
Neutrophils Absolute is 12.9 up from 7.5
Lymphs (Absolute) is 3.0 up from 1.7
Monocytes (Absolute) is 1.4 up from .06
Hematocrit is 42.6 up from 40.4
MCV is up from 87 to 90
Does this indicate what will be looked at during my visit

Brief Answer:
may be some infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I am not sure why these tests are being done. Is there any fever, weigh loss, cough, arthritis, etc?
In isolation these reports are significant for rise of CRP and neutrophil counts. This is usually seen in infections or inflammation in the body.
If there is no focus apparent clinically, then cultures, chest radiograph and ultrasound abdomen may be asked for.
Hope this helps. If you can come back with more details, then I can guide you better.
Regards

I started seeing my regular doctor in July due to be overly tried and not feeling well. that was when she started running blood tests see as follows:
White Blood 7/7=12.8; 7/21=12.7; 8/21=12.0; 9/9=12.1; 10/16=12.2
Neutrophils (Absolute) 7/7=9.7; 7/21=9.1; 8/21=9.1; 9/9=8.4; 10/16=9.0
Lymph (Absolute) 7/7=2.1; 7/21=2.2; 8/21=1.9; 9/9=2.5; 10/16=2.0
Monocytes (Absolute) 7/7=.07 ;7/21=.09; 8/21=.06; 9/9=.06; 10/16=.07
This was when she sent me to a specialist since I was still telling her how tried I was. I am a person who loves to do things and enjoy my friends. It was beginning to interfere with me wanting to be with friends etc. I was finding I would rather go home and go directly to bed. Didn't really want to eat. Just was really tried.
So this was when I saw the specialist.
White Blood 11/3=10.1; 5/4=17.4
Neutrophils (Absolute) 11/3=7.5; 5/4=12.9
Lymph (Absolute) 11/3=1.7; 5/4=3.0
Monocytes (Absolute) 11/3= .06; 5/4=1.4
And he started running the C-Reactive Protein 11/3=8.4; 5/4=18.0 (This is a way jump in numbers)
I am still very tried. I also sweat at night and my bed, pillows and bed clothing get very, very wet. My house at night is being kept at 68 or 69 degrees so it is not a hot house. I can feel the floors and walls being cool.
Does this provide you with any more insight into what could be wrong with me.

Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
There is a host of differentials for your symptoms of fatigue, night sweats and high neutrophils and CRP. Infections top the list but auto-immune conditions, malignancies, endocrine disorders are also to be ruled out.
I feel that cultures, hormonal tests, CT scans, autoimmune markers may be ordered by your doc on the next visit.
If we can find out the cause, then treatment can be provided.
