What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

It is safe but might cause muscle pains and abnormal liver function tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Your BP is under control and normal.
2. LDL cholesterol 92 is normal
Triglycerides 246 is high and below 200 is normal
HDL 31 is slightly low
3. I think your doctor has prescribed ROZAVEL F (manufactured by SUN PHARMA) tablet and not ROZALE F as mentioned by you. Please correct me if I am wrong and send me exact composition of the medicine.
ROZAVEL-F 10 tabet contains rosuvastatin 10 mg, fenofibrate 160 mg which are cholesterol lowering agents.
4. This medicine is safe and you can take it as prescribed by your doctor. Common side effects seen are body pain, dizziness, weakness, muscle and joint pains and abnormal liver function tests.
Please get your liver function test done after one month to know if the medicine is affecting your liver.
5. If you have any abnormal liver function test or pain in joints and muscles then please stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor. Please also observe low fat diet to control cholesterol.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

2. If your triglyceride is high after ramzan and diet restriction then please take ROZAVEL F as prescribed.
