What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
Brief Answer:
Reports are normal, please provide more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern. Your blood report is absolutely normal. I have gone through the report thoroughly.
Here I would like further information to guide you better.
Since how long you are having fever?
is it continuous fever or intermittent?
are you having running nose, nasal blockage or cough and sore throat?
Is it associated with chills rigors?
Any history of loss of appetite or yellowish discoloration of urine?
any complaints of burning urination?
Meanwhile take acetaminophen/paracetamol 500 mg for fever and write back to me with all these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes

no cough, sore throat, appetite reduced since last 3 days due to fever, fever coming intermittent , any chance of dengue or typhoid . what is the symptoms of dengue
Brief Answer:
symptoms of dengue are as follows
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
symptoms of dengue as follows
High grade fever with shivering and headache especially pain behind eyes and joint pain and in lab reports platelet count decreases.
I would advise you for liver function test to rule out hepatitis and blood culture for typhoid if fever doesn't subside.
In my opinion you should take paracetamol 500 mg with ranitidine tablet when temperature increases more than 100 F.
Hope this answers your question
Wish you good health and speedy recovery

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for all the details and reports
I had gone through reports, It is suggestive of low platelet count which need to monitored over the period of time.
There is no medicine which directly acts against the Dengue, it is managed with symptomatic treatment like IV fluids and paracetamol for fever.
You should give him plenty of fluids like fruits juices and plain water to maintain adequate hydration
