Brief Answer:
2.4% basophils does not indicate leukemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
After going through all your investigations, it is clear that all your blood investigations are within normal biological interval.
The white blood cell count and differential count are all within normal range.
2.4% of basophils does not signify leukemia or any other dangerous disorder.
Basophils can increase in allergic conditions also.
Leukemia is characterized by elevation of white blood cells along with derranged differential count.
An isolated high basophil count does not indicate leukemia.
All other parameters are within normal biological interval.
Do not worry.

Thanks and take care
