What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: I just got my lab results back. My ALT went down from 96 last year to 89 today. My AST went up from 91 last year to 95 today. By Bilirubin went down from .9 last year to .3 today. I'm a drinker and I did drink last night because I did not want to skew "normal" behavior and results. I did fast for 10 hours before the tests. That said, all my cholesterol numbers came down from the results last year. I was at 218 last year and now am at 186, in the "normal" range. Cholesterol / HDL ratio also came down from 5 to 4 and back in normal. Trigycedrides are down from 300 last year to 256 today. I don't think the pizza beer last night helped though.
My question is whether I should be worried about my liver results and the ALT and AST numbers.

Brief Answer:
cut down you alcohol intake
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes AST AND ALT of this range is of concern. It has many causes like alcohol intake, hepatitis b, c, autoimmune disease etc. If you have had tests for above mentioned illness then it is likely to be alcohol related. In such cases I will suggest you to stop drinking completely. I would also start you on tablet udiliv 300mg twice a day along with tab capsule evion (vitamin E ) and regular exercise if you are overweight or obese to reduce your weight.
Further as the triglyceride is still high you need to be started on tablet fenofibrate and less fat in diet.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you you.
Wish you a good health.
