The lab reports you have shared are in fairly limits and BUN slight rise can be due to low water intake or the causes that are collectively called as pre renal. If you maintain good oral rehydration and repeat the test they will be most probabaly in normal limits. Rest of the labs are as normal as they can be. You need to eat healthy and can repeat these labs annually for screening purposes.

Hi! yup most of these labs have nothing to be concerned about. You can repeat BUN after three months though after adequate hydration and water intake and if it is normal you can repeat these annually.
Pre renal means before kidney, and that means any reason or cause which leads to decreased blood flow or reduced volume towards kidneys which makes blood concentrated and thus BUN may be raised.
