Brief Ans-Prognostic value of high Immature Granulocyte count/Under Investigation

Hi,Dear, thanks for your query to HCM.
I studied your query in full details, which are very scanty to be replied on the prognostic value of high immature granulocytes count in your case, especially with your recent large parotid gland Lump.
I reviewed your query details in context of the patient profile data given by you.
Though your old parotid was cancerous and was removed 5 yrs back-unless You Update Me on the few more information and pictures,I would not be able to reply finally.

So please give Me following information-
IS this recent large lump painful? Any fever and throbbing pain with this large parotid lump?
Was there any infection complaints and thats why the lump was treated by your doctors with antibiotic medicines.?
please update the names of the medicines you are advised for recent parotid large Lump?
How long since this lump is existing?
What are the complaints you have with this tumour?
Update any pictues of the recent and the old parotid tumor or Lumps if you can?

Await your above information soon, after which I would love to reply your query till you are satisfied.
Hope to hear from you soon on your updates of more information.
Good Day!!
