Hi
Thanks for your query at the HCM.
White blood cells are involved in your immune system effort to fight infections. High white blood cell counts earlier indicate that may be you were having some subclinical infection which may not have manifested but your body was fighting an infection. The counts may vary that depends upon several factors body immune response and laboratories, etc. The difference in values is not point to be concerned about. But yes the lymphocytes are high and mostly is due to infections. It can occur after acute infection but usually is seen in chronic infections like tuberculosis, infectious mononucleosis, etc. Did you had any infection in recent past? Any symptoms? I would suggest you to get urinalysis, ESR, liver function and kidney function test. Also get XRay done. Follow up with investigation as advised. Treatment can be decided accordingly.
Hope I answered your query.

Hi
If you had an unprotected intercourse in past then I would suggest you to take 4 th generation ELISA test at 12 weeks post exposure for your psychological advantage. But as of now it seems unrelated to your current problem. Chicken pox three years back is unrelated. RBC counts can vary. I would suggest you to take the investigations as advised for establishing proper diagnosis.

Hi
The platelet counts are too low. I would suggest you to visit a physician and get proper evaluation needed. You might require bone marrow biopsy to establish the diagnosis. It could be aplastic anemia or other haematological problem.

Hi
Do not worry in majority of cases these are infections which subside with the treatment. Other can be inflammatory, autoimmune, etc which are also treatable. So get investigated and take proper treatment. Visit a haematologist nearby for proper evaluation.
