What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 28 Dec 2015
Question: Hello sir,
I have asked you a question previously but need you to work more for me please.
I now send you my last 3 blood tests.

Relating to my previous questions I need to ask you to compare in details the ALL of my blood test reports please.

Kindly work hard for me to help discover possible root cause analys

Why are ferratin levels at the bottom end and the iron at the top end? Normally these are linked together right?
Should I be taking increased iron tablets - in case of yes - what do you recommend?
Am I anemic?
Can low ferratin levels be linked to low white blood cells? I have been very tired since my collapse at work at the end of July.
My problem is that I have been to see several doctors but FEEL the root cause has not yet been established. Doctors telling me to rest is all well and good but FEEL I am not progressing. In fact my last white blood cell count was lower.

I cannot seem to attach my documents so need you to reply where I can do this.

Thanks to you

Brief Answer:
You don't need iron treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I have gone through your all blood test reports.

Your all 3 complete blood count reports suggest normal hemoglobin. Slightly low wbc count and slightly low platelet count.

Still your platelets count is 1.17 so no need to worry about that. But your wbc count is still low.
Don't worry about iron and ferritin level. It is not significant. Normal both correlate well but it happens sometimes due to some errors. But nothing to worry about that.

You have high level of IgG of CMC and EBV and it suggest previous infection only.
Your hepatitis reports are negative.
Your auto immune disease profile is negative.
Your thyroid function test, kidney function test, liver function test, electrolytes all are normal.

Overall nothing to worry much about your condition.

The only problem is persistently low level of leukocytes. You need to search the cause of that. Bone marrow examination can be done to search the cause of unexplained low wbc count.

No treatment is required right now.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
