Brief Answer:
Mild iron deficiency anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again to HCM.
I have seen the attached report.
In this report MCV is slightly low and red cell distribution width is also borderline low, however hemoglobin is normal.
This suggest mild iron deficiency anemia. But since hemoglobin is normal you don't have to take any drugs for this.
Food rich in iron like jaggery, green leafy vegetables will normalise this levels after 1 month or so.
Secondly, Wbc which is 4 in your report is normal. Normal value for Wbc is 4 to 11 according to age.
I advice you to not to worry about it.
Just start iron rich diet and the reports will become normal.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
