Non worrisome lab findings
Detailed Answer:
Madam,
Let me tell you that you should not worry about these lab results if you do not have any problem. It is sometimes common to have low RBC, Low Lymphocytes and higher neutrophils, they may be considered un important if there are no symptoms.
You may be having asymptomatic viral infection or Urinary tract infection. Keep drinking good amount of water, good food. Take Iron and folic acid supplements whatever your doctor prescribes during the pregnancy.
Do not worry about un necessary things like this one.
If you have symptoms like fever, abdominal pain, sorethroat or muscle pain then you can see a doctor with this report.
Good luck and have a happy pregnancy. Enjoy the phase.

Not possible
Detailed Answer:
I do not think HIV as a possibility unless yuo have a high risk behaviour or had recent transfusion of blood products from a HIV patient.
So both the above high risk behaviours are rare and the chances of HIV is also very rare.
