Brief Answer:
Alkaline phosphatase, MPV and lymphocytes are within range.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Alkaline phosphatase is an enzyme with a normal blood level of 30-120 IU/L, however, the normal range may vary slightly with laboratory to laboratory.
Irrespective of this fact, the level of alkaline phosphatase is within normal range and there is nothing to worry.
Lymph 3.3, I assume is the absolute count of lymphocytes, a type of blood cell.
MPV of 7.4 is also within range.

You may post the total leukocyte, differential leukocyte count and platelet count for more information.

Thanks and take care

Lymph is the absolute count
Leukocyte and differential leukocyte count is not on the report unless it's under another name.
platelet count is 277
the reason I inquired about the alkaline Phosphatase is because last year same time it was 90 and has increased to 119. The labs high is up to 117.
