Dear Doctor,
I haven't done ultrasound. Just performed the blood tests.
Regarding periods they are normal with a cycle of 35 days, no excessive hair growth on body.
I have got married in December and moved to USA. Before Marraige I was into a regular exercise cycle. But after Marraige I hvnt had time to exercise like earlier so I have gained 5 kgs.
Also in XXXXXXX 2016 I had checked for fasted insulin and testosterone they were normal.

Brief Answer:
Get your pelvic ultrasound if possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
As your hormonal test within normal limits and you are not having problem of excessive hair growth, so the chances of PCOD are less.
But as such PCOD is an endocrine disorder and occurs without having such symptoms.
So you can get your pelvic ultrasound to see whether you are having polycystic ovaries or not.
As such you have to change your lifestyle and do some physical activities to control your weight.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
