Brief Answer:
You need to be on diet but no specific suppliments

Detailed Answer:
If you are southeast Asian origin your HDL will be low genetically and very difficult to increase. it can be improved marginally by exercise. Some medicines such as niacin are known to increase the hdl but that doesn't translate into reduced risk. So you need to focus on bringing down LDL and total cholesterol. LDL should be kept around less than 100 and ideally 70. Considering your overall risk profile there is no need to start medicines immediately but you need to start regular exercise for 45-60min daily and diet in consultation with dietitian and recheck lipid profile after 3 months
