Question: I have to have routine yearly blood work done for my thyroid collateral and auger ECT.. will meth auromatically show up

I am not sure what you mean by thyroid collateral and auger ECT.

There is no such laboratory test called thyroid collateral, to my knowledge.

ECT is medical abbreviation for Electro Convulsive Therapy, popularly known as shock treatment, typically reserved for advanced psychiatric patients of select conditions, often as a last resort.

Meth and other such recreational drugs are tested as part of blood and urine toxicology panels, sometimes referred to as Tox screen.

I am not aware of the term 'auger' you have mentioned above, in medical context either.
