What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

It is unlikely to be Cancer of Prostate .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Slightly raised PSA (4.3) than a normal value being 4 can be due to Benign Enlargement of Prostate and not due to Cancer of Prostate This is confirmed by a fact that you voiding symptoms like nocturia .However I would advise you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Trans Rectal Ultrasound (TRUS)
Take antibiotics like Cefixime twice daily along with Tomsulosin and Dutasteride once daily for 10 days and repeat PSA test .A single reading of PSA slightly higher than normal values does not warrant further confirmative test like Prostate Biopsy which usually is advised if the PSA values show raising trend done thrice at the interval of every 2-3 months ..
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
