Question: What results in my blood work report would indicate a thyroid problem if there was one.

The only blood results that would indicate that they is a thyroid problem would be thyroid function blood tests.
This would look at different hormones involved in the proper function of the thyroid. (TSH, T4, T3)
TSH can be done initially, if there is a problem with this then T4, T3, can be done.
Abnormal thyroid function would not show up on other tests.
