Brief Answer:
Not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
I agree with your doctor.
I don't think you need to worry.
Your prior tests were normal.
And currently you have been dehydrated.
Meaning that your blood is more concentrated.
This may have led to the changes in the report.
I would however suggest repeating the test after you have rehydrated yourself.
High hemoglobin can cause problems if not treated.
If it's due to dehydration, hydration is ample treatment.
If it remains high after hydration, medication may be needed.
And I hope you don't smoke.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
