What Does My Blood Work Indicate?

Question: This question is for hematologist. Here are my counts:
Wbc 3.50
Neutrophils 43.20
Eosinophils 1.80
Basophils 0.50
Lymphocytes 49.10
I have adrenal issues ( very low cortisol) and have a parasite. Always exhausted. Can you interpret this blood work? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
All are near normal values.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Looking at your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. The WBC counts do not reflect the actual lower cortisol levels or the parasitic infection presence.
2. Total WBC count is on the lower limit of normal.
3. Eosinophils is not raised as an indication for parasitic infection.
4. All the cells are near normal range and do not indicate any specific endocrine abnormality or pathology.
However, complete interpretation requires previous reports. If you can attach previous reports and present one, I may be able to comment more.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
