What Does My Bronchoscopy Report Indicate?

Question: I recently had a bronoscopy and the pulmonologist said he "could go any further down". Why and what does that mean
Brief Answer:
Probably lymph nodes
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM
I can understand your concern.
With "could go any further down" he meant to say that he has saw something in the airways mucosa or probably there may be lymph nodes in that area and for examining it the transbronchial needle aspiration is needed for taking biopsy.
But if there is any pneumothorax this is not allowed because may worsens it further
Usually this is the meaning but it would be better for me to have attached the bronchoscopy result and the chest CT result or images (if you have done it) to be more accurate for you.
If you have them please attach to me and we will discuss again
