Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .
Read your query and gone through report (opg xray ) you have attached. As far as I have observed there is nothing to be worried but there is slight horizontal bone is present .
For this horizontal bone loss you have to maintain proper oral hygiene. I will suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene and use mouthwash chlorhexidine regularly .
- Do XXXXXXX warm saline rinses once daily .
- You can use waxed interdental floss to clean inbetween areas of teeth .
I will also suggest you to consult oral surgeon (Periodontist ) for scaling (removal of supra and subgingival calculus ) and examination of gums regularly .
Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.

Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome again
Read your query as far as I have observed in opg xray there is no need to repeat your laser surgery for bone loss but I will suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth using soft bristle toothbrush and use mouthwash regularly .
I will also advise you to consult your doctor for visual oral examination and follow up visits regularly .
