Brief Answer:
Normal maturity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Placental maturity is normal but it is just 30 mm away from opening of uterus which is slightly risky as there could be excess bleeding if pain starts.

There are chances of uterus rupture in patients with recent myomectomy.

Keeping both these issues in mind your doctor seem to have advised C section which is a safe option.

Brief Answer:
Better to wait until 37 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You don't need any additional precautions.

You can see doctor immediately if there is bleeding or pain.

It is better to do c section after 37 completed weeks for full maturity of the baby.
