Question : Hi doctor:
Went for endometrium biopsy due post menopausal bleeding slight bleeding just for 1-1/2 days. Results are scant benign endocervical tissue and surface endometrium. Normal endocervical mucosa normal architexture no significant cellular atypia; minute fragments of mucoid XXXXXXX hemorrhagic material. Your input would be greatly appreciated to try and understand if this could be cancer. Thank you.

Hello mam, I understand your anxiety related to the report.
Your report is perfectly normal and there is no evidence of any cancerous change.
And the spotting you have is common and is seen in almost all the patients after biopsy.
