Hi
I have gone through your report.
It shows gerd, that means gastro esophageal reflux disease. Is reflux of stomach acid into esophagus and causing esophagitis. It hampers mucosa of lower and middle esophagus. That is called esophagitis due to acid reflux.
Lex XXXXXXX means lower esophageal sphincter is lex means relaxed that cause acid reflux.
Stomach shows pangastritis , means whole stomach mucosa shows signs of gastritis.
Duodenum appears normal.
