Brief Answer:
Please provide additional info.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

Elevated ESR in your case is related to elevated uric acid levels.

You seem to have mildly elevated ESR.This usually implies ongoing underlying tissue inflammation.

Uric acid is associated with joint destruction and inflammation which can subsequently cause elevated ESR.

The goal of treatment is to correct the cause and not ESR per se.

The goal of treatment depends on symptom profile of hyperuricemia.

Hence, I further would like to know if you are currently experiencing any symptoms of hyperuricemia like

1. Joint pains.

2. Urinary issues.

3. Pain abdomen.

I can guide you better if you can provide this information.

Treating the cause will help to lower the ESR by itself.

Thank you.
