Question: XXXXXXX XXXXXXX age 30 Years usg for follicular study day 18 Th right ovary 30*22 Mm left ovary 9*7mm endometrium 12
.1 Mm pod no free fluid is it good or bad

Yes,it may get ruptured naturally.
In my opinion it may get ruptured in 24-48 hrs.but it is not necessary that every follicle get ruptured in with in time frame.
