It is not clear why you went for investigation. What are symptoms duration any drug intake or disease present partner history inter course history any rash etc.
Please get back with details and photos of lesions if any.
If nothing then you need not bother. It is quite normal. You need to daily clean area with warm water twice daily and after every inter course.
