Brief Answer:
Not much out of range

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Lymphocytosis, pcv, mcv and mchc are only slightly out of range.

Low mcv means low cell size of rbcs and that is why mchc is raised. So hemoglobin synthesis is not affected, only the size of rbc is affected. Though it may be for no specific reason, one reason that can be possible is anemia of chronic disease. Any condition that has been there for a long time and is causing inflammation inside your body can cause it.

Lymphocytes are usually raised due to some viral or bacterial infection. These are also usually raised in smokers.

Hope it helps.

Thx for your reply Dr. Vaishalee.

One that i am not a active or passive smoker. Only my job involves some anxiety and stress, hence i had taken a predictive body test including ECG, Urine and Sugar. Let me know if you want me to share those reports.

Secondly, i dont know if there is any specific inflammation or other infection but i am not feeling any discomfort within.

I had taken a retest post 10 days as suggested by one of the doctor, however the results didnt change much.

So do you suggest i shud ignore, wait for some days or any action to be taken by me.

Thx in advance.

Rgds,

Brief Answer:
You can safely ignore

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Since you do not have any symptoms of any chronic or acute disease, you can safely ignore these abnormal values for now. In future, you may want to be more aware of any new symptoms showing up. For low MCV you can get serum iron levels done as well just to rule out iron deficiency anemia,

Since you have not included ECG, urine or sugar tests, I am assuming that these would be normal.

For stress you can try something like yoga and meditation.

Hope it helps.
