What Does My Health Check Up Report Result Indicate?
and my white blood cells White Blood Cells Count
11.04 x10^9/L
Ⅻ Neutrophils 8.06 x10^9/L
should I be concerned by these as well?
not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
All of the numbers that you have are only slightly elevated and not a reason for concern.
The normal bilirubin is 3-25 umol/L
normal calcium is 2.2-2.7 mm/L
normal WBC is 4.5-10
normal neutrophil is 1.5-8
Each lab has slightly different values so for example in your lab calcium of 2.65 may be slightly higher than universal standards, still it is only a small increase.
We see elevations like this frequently when a large number of blood tests are done. Usually it is not a concern at all.
If you have symptoms that may suggest a reason for the slight elevations (for example liver symptoms) your doctor may suggest repeating them again in a few weeks to a month.
Please let me know if you have further questions

Albumin 51 g/L
ALT (Alanine Transferase) 76 IU/L
Creatinine 116 umol/L
Phosphate 1.78 mmol/L
Uric Acid 558 umol/L
Triglycerides 3.0 mmol/L
LDL Cholesterol 5.1 mmol/L
Causes for concern?
no areas of great concern, but some suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The ALT is high, normal is up to 56. If he drinks any alcohol, he should stop and then have this rechecked in 4-6 weeks.
creatinine is normal 60-110 umol/L so this is slightly elevated and should also be repeated at some point, just to make sure it is not increasing.
phosphate is normally 0.81 - 1.45 mmol/L, so this too is slightly elevated and should be repeated
normal uric acid is 200–430 µmol/L-so this is elevated and may indicate gout, but should again be repeated
normal triglycerides are less than 1.7 mmol/L so that is elevated. He should cut back on carbohydrates in his diet and increase exercise. This should be repeated in 3 months
normal LDL is 2.59-3.34 mmol/L so that is elevated and cutting back on fats and carbohydrates in the diet and increasing exercise would help. Again this needs a repeat in 3 months
Overall there are some elevations based on international values but again each lab has slightly different normal values. I do not see anything of great alarm but he does need to have some of them followed up and to decrease his LDL to protect his heart.

Dr. Robinson
many things
Detailed Answer:
There are many things that can cause small elevations in ALT, it could be a virus or something that he ate.
If he is not a drinker it will probably be normal on repeat testing.
His doctor may want to test him for hepatitis B and C if it is not going back to normal on repeat testing.
Dr. Robinson
you are welcome
