Brief Answer:
Not a reason for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for the query.
The heart has an electrical system which make the chambers of the heart beat at required sequence to send blood to all parts of the body. This electrical impulse is carried by the right and left bundles of His. Since your report doesn't mention the bundle pattern or that it is partial or complete I presume it is nonsignificant and does not interfere with the contraction of the heart chambers.
All other values are normal and good.
So relax, there is nothing of concern.
Wish you good health.

Thank you so much sir

I just have a follow up question

Sir when they do not mention the bundle branch block ( Either LBBB or RBBB) does that mean there is nothing to concern or it could be just that the Dr has forgotten to indicate that.

Is it known to be normal heart if they do not mention LBBB or RBBB ?

does the test HOLTER MONITOR detects previous heart attacks ( if any ) ?

Thanks a lot for your help sir

Brief Answer:
Holter detects abnormal heart rhythm

Detailed Answer:
Holter monitoring is basically for detecting abnormalities in the rhythm of the heart beat and is not intended to detect any decrease in blood flow or signs of old heart attack. However sometimes one can pick up suggestive changes.
If you can upload your holter tracing / report, I shall give my opinion.
Best wishes
