What Does My Internal Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

Repeat ultrasound after one week
Detailed Answer:
Hi Miss, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I have reviewed our previous conversation.
Usually, the fetus is visible in the ultrasound by 6 weeks of pregnancy. If the fetus is not visible in a transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks2 days gestational age, then everything might not be fine.
However, sometimes there is a delayed conception in the menstrual cycle, and hence the fetus appears a bit later in ultrasound.
Blood hCG hormone levels are done at the interval of48 hours to assess the viability of pregnancy. If it doubles in 48 hours, then the pregnancy is said to be normal.
I would suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound after one week, and continue folic acid tablet.
Be positive and hopeful.

And make ultrasound after 2 weeks
But i have a question
Is it safe to have internal ultrasound if im pregnant? A lot of people are being crazy when i say i had an internal ultrasound they are warning me that its not good for the baby
Its completely safe
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, internal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound is completely safe for the fetus. There is no need to worry at all.
I suggest you not to take stress as it has adverse effects on the fetus.
Be hopeful.
Wishing you good health.

I have one more question
Since i became pregnant i only felt very tired and want to sleep always and also some light cramps at night when i go to bed .. But nothing so serious.. But the first day i entered the seventh week which is 6 weeks one day i started feeling sick like i feel i want to faint but i dont faint its just a feeling that i need something sweet or something salty to keep me from falling .. Sometimes even if i dring or eat i still have that fainting feeling and i cant stand my husband perfume i feel i want to throw out..
Do these things happen also if i have empty sac and no baby ? I mean they are all pregnancy symptoms
And is it safe to take a pill for not feeling nausus like "navidoxine"
Every day i feel more sick than the day before and im always lying down on my bed i cant stand for a long time i feel very weak and want to faint
Due to hormonal changes
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, yes all these are pregnancy changes and are due to hormonal changes in pregnancy. These hormonal changes are present if the gestation sac is present, whether the fetal pole is present or not. The nausea and vomiting are also due to hormonal changes, and so are fainting, not liking a particular smelled , tiredness and lethargy.
I suggest you not to worry and you can safely take navidoxine tablet.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Thanks
Wait for 2 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have reviewed your reports. Your transabdominal ultrasound shows a gestation sac of 20.9 mm , however no fetal pole is seen in the film , yet it may be visible during doing ultrasound on the machine as all films are not given to the patient. Moreover, we generally wait till the gestation sac is 25 mm for the fetal pole to appear, if still do not appears, then it is known as the blighted ovum and is considered as a failed pregnancy and abortion is done. So, as your second doctor advised, it is advisable to wait for next2 weeks and get a repeat ultrasound to assess the appearance of the fetal pole when the gestation sac increases in size.
I suggest you to follow your second doctor' s advice and not to go for abortion now, as it is not appropriate at all now.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
